The only exception is our messaging technology provider, LeadConnector, which acts as our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and owns and maintains the chat widget and opt-in flow used to collect SMS consent on our behalf, solely for the purpose of delivering the messaging service itself.
Marketing SMS consent is collected separately from, and is never bundled or combined with, any transactional consent or any other agreement.

We do not purchase, sell, rent, or otherwise trade consumer contact information, phone numbers, or leads. All contacts who receive text messages from us have provided their information and consent directly to us.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file or to request that it be deleted, subject to any recordkeeping requirements imposed by law.
The Site and our messaging program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
